PEXGOL™ pex pipes  are plastic pipes made of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) in a wide range of diameters and classes, up to outside diameter of 500mm and wall-thickness of 33.1mm.
These pex pipes, known under the PEXGOL brand name, are well known on the local and international plastic pipe markets.
In addition to their use in heating systems furnishing radiant floor heating and hot water transportation PEXGOL pex pipe is widely utilized in a sanitary pipe installation.

PEXGOL™ pex pipes are recommended for use in industry for drainage pipe systems, radiant floor heating and the transfer of corrosive liquids and slurry pipeline.

PEXGOL Pex Pipe Material and Properties

PEXGOL pipes are made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) high molecular weight (HMW) resins.
PE is a long chain of carbon atoms with two hydrogen atoms attached to each carbon.

Pex Pipe Chemical Structure illustration

PEXGOL PE is crosslinked by a chemical process at high rates of pressure and temperature. During the process the polyethylene molecules form carbon-carbon links with each other, creating a 3D network.
This improves the properties of ordinary polyethylene, giving it the characteristics of a new type of material.
The pex pipes are designed for working pressures of up to 24 bars and for working temperatures of up to 95°C, but can also withstand temperature surges up to 110°C.

PEXGOL pex pipes are crosslinked in two systems:
1. By organic peroxides - PEX-a.
2. By irradiation (electron Beam) - PEX-c.

PEX pipe in pipe system

Pex pipes, for central heating and hot and cold water sanitary systems, are suitable for up to 95°C at a rated pressure of 10 bars. The pex pipes can be supplied in a unique system of pipe-in-pipe that has major effect on the results achieved.

PEXGOL Pex Pipe Advantege include:

PEXGOL pipes are absolutely rustproof, both inside and outside.

PEXGOL pipes are installed from a central distributor, directly to each faucet.

PEXGOL pipes are inserted within a conduit pipe fixed in the wall, which assures easy and     safe installation, as well as easy removal for replacement.

PEXGOL pipes are lightweight and easy to handle.

PEXGOL pipes do not require any working tools except a cutter and a simple open wrench.

PEXGOL pipes can be installed in at least half the time of conventional systems.

Pex pipes, thanks to their unique resistance to chemical corrosion, are an ideal solution for water supply systems where the soil is corrosive.

The pex pipe, with its excellent abrasion resistance and chemical resistance, is an ideal conduit for a wide range of industrial applications such as drainage pipe systems and slurry pipeline.
Conventional pipes would be unsatisfactory in such conditions due to the abrasiveness of conveyed slurries or because of vulnerability to chemical attack of solutions and acids.
PEXGOL pex pipe present a successful and cost-effective solution.

Radiant Floor Heating utilizing PEXGOL- pex pipe for under floor heating

PEXGOL pex pipes are ideal for radiant floor heating. Efficiently provides safe, reliable, under floor heating.
This application consists of an inbuilt pex pipe runs in an "S" shape through the bottom surface of the interior space to be heats. The pipe is then filled with hot water.
In Western Europe, over 50% of all new construction use under floor heating utilizing radiant floor heating systems technology.

Radiant Floor Heating System advantages are:

Radiant floor heating uses PEXGOL pipes creates a very pleasant atmosphere by achieving a uniform temperature of about 22°C.
It preserves natural moisture in the air. The pleasant temperature is maintained until a height of 1.9m, and is therefore specially suited for large, high-ceiling rooms.

Energy Saving Utilizing PEXGOL Pex Pipe For Under Floor Heating

PEXGOL Under floor heating system uses low temperatures (a maximum of 40°C) which achieves significant energy savings when compared to traditional methods which use temperatures of 70°C to 90°C. No hot air accumulates around the ceiling, which also improves energy efficiency.

Heating Flexibility and interior space saving with Pexgol pex pipe.

You can use any form of energy you like to heat the water, including solar power. The radiant floor system will work no matter which new technologies are introduced. Put your furniture anywhere you like - you don't have to include unsightly radiators or fireplace in your plans.

Friendly and convinient cleaning process.

Radiant floor heating system make It easier to clean the house, the floor gets dry in minutes and there is no fan noise or dangerous tools that might put the children in jeopardy.

Domestic water supply systems made of PEXGOL pex pipes have been installed in more than half a million houses and apartments in Israel and in many hotels, hospitals and office buildings.
The production of
PEXGOL pipes is supervised by various standards institutes for the both the Israeli and international markets, and carries the ISO 9001 certificate.
PEXGOL
pex  pipes are marketed worldwide.
