According to “The Marker News” report - Golan Plastic Products Ltd. shows a growth in profits of 26% to 43 Million NIS:
A growth of 28% in the operational profit to 7.7 Million NIS.

Golan Plastics Ltd., controlled by Kibbutz Shaar Hagolan, reports that its profits in the first quarter of 2005 grew by 26%, amounting to 43 million NIS.
The company recorded an operational profit of 7.7 million NIS compared to a profit of 6 million shekels in the corresponding quarter of last year.

In short, Golan Plastics can report a pure profit of 4.9 million shekels compared to a profit o 3.8 million NIS in the corresponding quarter last year and to 16.2 million shekels in 2004.
The company attributes the increase in sales to further activities on the European market - 65.5% of sales are designated for export.
