Transportation of large diameter water tubing system in Anusa Uranium factory

Transported materials includes: industrial waste of Sulfuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid and Hydrochloric Acid.

Project challenges:

The exchange of hot and cold water lines at Anusa uranium factory – the steel pipes rusted and were impossible to remove from the factory without contaminating the environment.
Replacement rate of steel pipes- every 3 years.

The Solution:

Pexgol pipes, 63-280 mms. Were installed
along the rusted pipes.
They have been functioning without abrasion or corrosion and will not require replacement for decades.
Esak company have been replacing the old meal lines with Pexgol every year since.
